REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing digital content from Novelnex llc (“we”, “us”, “our”). Because our products are delivered digitally and become accessible immediately after purchase, we offer refunds only in the cases described below.
1. Eligible Refund Situations
- Duplicate charge: You were charged twice for the same order.
- Unauthorized payment: Your payment instrument was used without permission (we may request documentation).
- Failed delivery: You cannot access the purchased content within 24 hours of successful payment and our support cannot resolve it.
- Technical defect: The file/content is corrupted or materially different from the description and we cannot fix/replace it.
- Unused subscription renewal: An automatic renewal occurred and you have not consumed any content/credits in the new period. You must request within 7 days of the renewal date.
No “change-of-mind” refunds. Once content is made available to your account or downloaded, refunds are not provided unless one of the eligible situations above applies.
2. Request Window
Submit your request within 7 days of the payment date (or renewal date for subscriptions).
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@novelnex.com from your registered email.
- Include: order ID, payment method last 4 digits, purchase date, and a brief reason.
- Attach screenshots or error messages, if any.
4. Processing Time
We review within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing may vary).
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may delay resolution and may result in account restrictions.
