Delivery Policy (Digital Goods)

1. Delivery Method

All products are digital. After a successful payment, access is granted instantly to your account library at https://novelnex.com/profile/balance. A confirmation email with the order receipt is also sent to your registered email.

2. Steps After Payment

1) Payment confirmed by our processor (Stripe).

2) License granted and content added to your account library.

3) Email with receipt and access link sent automatically.

3. Proof of Delivery

Order receipt (email) with timestamp and order ID;
Account library record showing the purchased title(s);
Server logs confirming successful entitlement and access.

4. If You Didn’t Receive Access

Check spam/junk folders, then refresh your library and ensure you are logged into the correct account. If the issue remains after 24 hours, contact support@novelnex.com with your order ID.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
