1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Novelnex llc (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Purchases & Billing

• Prices are shown before checkout and may change at any time.
• Taxes may apply based on your location.
• By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4. Subscriptions & Renewals

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the listed rate unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time via Account → Billing or by contacting shaolinluo@novelnex.com.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery of Digital Goods

Upon successful payment, digital content is made available instantly in your account library and a confirmation email is sent. See Delivery Policy for details.

6. License & Acceptable Use

Content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, share, or text/data-mine our content without permission, nor bypass technical controls.

7. User Content

If you post reviews or comments, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display such content. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

9. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Before filing a claim, please contact us to attempt an informal resolution within 30 days.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
