Cancellation Procedure
At Novelnex llc, we value your experience and strive to make the subscription and cancellation process simple and transparent. If you decide to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below.
- Log in to your Novelnex llc account using your registered email and password.
- Navigate to Account Settings or Subscription page.
- Click on the Cancel Subscription button under your active plan.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.
Important Notes
- Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.
- After cancellation, you will retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
